This is the Minnesota Birding Report for Thursday, July 26th 2007.
Shorebirds are about the only birds of note reported during the past week. On the 24th, Craig Mandel found AMERICAN AVOCETS at the west end of Lac Qui Parle Lake in Lac Qui Parle County. And on the 26th, Bob Dunlap found the fall's first BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPER at Chaska Lake in Carver County.
