This is the Minnesota Birding Report for June 16th, 2011.
A WHIMBREL which has been at the Park Point ball fields in Duluth since the 7th was still present on the 14th.
As many as 40 RED-THROATED LOONS were on Lake Superior just off Stoney Point, St. Louis County on the 12th.
And on the 14th, Bruce Baer found a HENSLOW'S SPARROW in Dakota County, about half a mile east of Biscayne Avenue along 190th Street.
