Rosy Finch is still present, 4 people who Herb and myself just missed, = said they had seen it, this would put the time observed at around 2pm I = think, but don't quote me. At least it is still there, also everyone I = saw seemed to be observing the viewing restrictions very well, = thankfully. 3 Snowy Owls in the area too, one at Cargill, the second on = a lamp post on I 535, the third also on a lamp post on I 35 S, just = before the Central Ave exit. 2 W W Scoters at French River in the morning and a Horned Grebe in the = afternoon, 4 additional Horned Grebes on the lake behind Emily's Cafe = viewable from Skiff Landing Rd, which is just up the road from the cafe. = Also the Solitaire is apparently still there, I didn't see it myself. W W Scoter was seen this morning at Two Harbors briefly out towards = the end of the breakwater. Hawk Owl on US Hwy 61 Expressway, right near the www.tom'sloggingcamp = sign this is just past the junction of Homestead Rd. =20 Yours in birding, John Richardson.
