I hate to post again on this, but I had to many replies to address each 
individually.  I just want to use the listserv to thank the people who 
responded to my request for information.  I got lots of good advice and I 
think I've made my decision.

By the way, www.eagleoptics.com is a great website for comparing prices and 
features on optics and tracking down specials.
