[mou] Common Goldeneye 2

We went to Red Wing today and there were a few active Bald Eagles at Covill Park but not as many as we expected. So we drove down to Wabasha. We saw a few Eagles on the way and a few at Wabasha. But mostly we enjoyed the Common Mergansers and Common Golden Eye. Mary took this picture at about 2:30 today...
