[mou] price of gasoline

The price of gasoline may (will/does) concern most of us; however, the impact 
our lifestyles are having on the environment should be of much greater 
concern. The MOU cannot dictate how many miles a birder can travel each year, but it 
would seem appropriate to have an ad hoc committee appointed to discuss this 
situation and give a summary report in our newsletter and/or the committee 
could give a panel presentation at our December Paper session. We should not be 
dictated to, but we should be open to suggestions.
