[mou] blue lake

I was at Blue Lake a week ago and saw the Shoveler, but it was in the sewage pond, not the lake.

  Down to blue lake looking for the pintail and n. shoveler.  I saw the pintail, but not the shoveler and saw a lot of the same ducks hanging around from the last time I was over there.

  Blue Lake
  trumpeter swan
  gadwall
  mallard
  n. pintail
  wood duck
  common merganser
  hooded merganser

  Sewage pond
  canada geese
  mallard
  am. coot
  ring necked duck
  probable female greater scaup (didn't look very carefully on this one)
  common goldeneye
  ruddy duck
  hooded and common merganser

  most of the interesting ducks are at the far west end of the pond.
