[mou] Stop posting comments about comments

mou-net is not a discussion group.  It is a group to share bird information and sightings.
Please stop posting opinions about other people's comments to the net.

If you feel that you need to make a comment about how mou-net is run, please post to
mou-net-owner at moumn.org and the folks on the ECC will try to condense the information
and report back to the net.
