Hi,

I headed to the Ortonville area this morning (Saturday the 23rd) to look
for the previously posted Neotropical Cormorant and Clark's Grebe. At
about 9:30, I saw one of the cormorants among Double-cresteds in a bay
full of stumps visible from the road atop the dam which parallels Route 75
just into northern Lac Qui Parles County. As viewed from 75, this road is
the single asphalt track curving to the right of the spillway.

I then headed northeast of Ortonville to Lake Thielke and saw a Clark's
Grebe from Route 62 along the southeast side of the lake.

Many thanks to those who posted the previous messages.
