The University of Minnesota's Compleat Scholar program is offering a course
on migration this fall.  It includes four class sessions on flight,
navigation, tips for improving your birding skills during migration, case
studies, conservation, and research techniques.  Also included are field
trips to one Hawk Ridge and one to songbird banding in the metro area.  Call
