[mou] Swans in Washington Co.

As I explored Washington County, north of Hwy 94, I stopped at Square Lake 
County Park.  The ope water was opposite my position, but in my scope I saw 5 
swans (they'd have to be Tundra, right?).  They were with Canada Geese and 
completely dwarfed them size wise.  The general outline and coloring were all that 
I could see to make a definitive ID of "Swan" - either Tundra or Trumpeter.  I 
also saw a Northern Shrike on the wires on Otchipwe Av. North, just south of 
County Road 7.  Lake Elmo is still pretty open, but the duck variety is slim:  
Common and Hooded Mergansers, Common Goldeneyes.
