[mou] Meeker Co. Shorebirds

I checked out the flooded fields one mile west of Cedar Mills on Hwy 7.  It's 
currently playing host to a good number of Lesser Yellowlegs, Least 
Sandpipers, Solitary Sandpipers, one Short-billed Dowitcher, and one Green-winged Teal. 
 The road is marked 610th Av.  The fields are on the north side of Hwy 7.  
The field to the west of 610th seems pretty deep and should last a while.
