[mou] Loon with chick at Carlos Avery

Historically loons use to nest as far south as the Iowa border.  They do not nest in lakes that have carp churning up the
bottom.  Presently or recently there are loons nesting at Hanrahan Lake in Scott County, in a lake west of White  Bear Lake
and  in North Oaks.  I think there is another southwest of the cities that I heard about.
