[mou] re: Whooping Crane

It would be really cool if in a few years this Crane came back to MN
with a mate and nested at Carlos Avery.  What a spectacular treat that
would be.  We can all hope this project continues to be successful in
the future and that Whooping Cranes will continue to make a comeback.
