In my travels I came upon two flocks of shorebirds:

Rogers, Hennepin Co. Brockton (CR13) & No. Diamond Lake Road (CR 144)
About 15-20 birds including: Dunlin (4-5), Killdeer, Baird's Sandpiper, Least Sandpiper?

Buffalo, Wright Co. CR35 just east of Buffalo
About 30-40 birds including: Dunlin (~15), Killdeer, Bairds Sandpiper, Least Sandpiper, and a very light winter plumage
bird. This last one could be something of interest. I assumed it was a Sanderling in winter plumage. Size, shape,
activies, and very light grey color were right, but the wings and back were darker scalloped grey. I then thought
White-rumped in winter plumage, but head and chest appeared too light. Time constrants and distance did not allow a more
adequate study of this bird.
