[mou] Pelicans near Pine Bend

At 10:15 this morning, a flock of about 100 White
Pelicans was circling over Highway 52/55 a mile or so
north of Pine Bend Refinery in Dakota County.

At the east end of Lake Byllesby near Cannon Falls,
the only water bird to be seen was a female
Bufflehead.
