[mou] Boreal Chickadee and White-winged Crossbills seen during Rice Lake NWR CBC

A total of 24 species, 1090 birds were observed during the Rice Lake
National Wildlife Refuge Christmas Bird Count (1/3/04).  Highlights
included Boreal Chickadee and White-winged Crossbills.
