When I left the sewage pond at 8:10 this morning, there was one
Black-necked Stilt visible through the scope. They had quite a bit of
rain in there last night, so it is very muddy. You may want to consider
parking your car up by the railroad tracks, then walking down. Lots of
trucks and workers around too.
