John Ellis found a Snowy Owl near the main lek area by Rothsay Wildlife Management Area in Wilkin County today. The bird was on the south side of the E-W road that runs by the lek. This is north of Cty Rd 26 and east of Cty Rd 15. Dave Benson Duluth
