Hello:
I am organizing a few field trips for MOU members only. These are over =
night trips.=20
March 19-20th =20
I plan on birding the two days in southwestern Minnesota area for =
migrating White-fronted geese, Snow geese, and Ross's Geese. We should =
be able to locate the Great-tail Grackles that are found in Jackson =
county. We should also see a assortment of waterfowl and some =
passerines. We should also see a assortment of raptors as well. =20
We will stay in Windom, Minnesota
April 9-10th
I organized a trip for MOU members to visit the Gr. Prairie Chicken Leks =
& Sharp-tail Grouse leks in Polk County. We should see assortment of =
waterfowl, raptors and passerines as well. We will stay in Crookston, =
MN=20
April 30-May 1
We will be in western Minnesota in Big Stone Co, Lac Qui Parle Co and =
few others. Everything from waterfowl, raptors, shorebirds and =
passerines will be found on this trip. We will be staying at =
Montevideo, Minnesota.
