[mou] Golden Eagle in Duluth

Belated note - 

On Sunday afternoon, I was driving up I35 into Duluth
and saw a soaring adult Golden Eagle.  It was right
where the vista of Superior, WI comes into view, which
is approx. mile 250 I think.  

I thought this was a quite unusual location.
