[mou] Cinnamon Teal in Mahnomen County

Herb Dingmann just called to report that he, Ron Erpelding, and Jeff Stephenson 
discovered an adult male Cinnamon Teal in southern Mahnomen County today. The 
location is on the south side of county road 12, about 1/3 of a mile west of 
county road 3. They carefully scrutinized the bird for signs of hybridization. 
This represents the first report of this Casual species in Mahnomen County.
