The pair of Osprey are still on the Brooklyn Park side of the Coon =
Rapids dam, slowly building their nest. There is a path to the left of =
the nest, & a sign there that tells you to stay behind it (I wanted to =
bring this up because the sign had fallen off when I walked through) =
even so you can get great views of these birds. Saw many migrants in =
the wooded area there & a Turkey Vulture soar overhead. Keep your eyes =
open for a Sharp-Shinned Hawk hunting birds off of the telephone lines.
