I birded along the trail near my house in Golden Valley (north side of =
Laurel Ave.) this morning from 10-1pm. Many warblers, including:
@ Tennesee
@ Nashville
@ Chestnut-sided
@ Blackburnian
@ Black and White
@ Am. Redstart
@ Canada
@ Wilson's
Several other species seen/heard include:=20
@ Belted Kingfisher
@ B-W Hawk
@ E. Wood-Pewee
@ Least Flycatcher
@ Rose-breasted Grosbeak
@ Indigo Bunting
All the warblers were females or first winter females. Do the females =
typically migrate before the males or...? E-mail me for directions. =
