[mou] Lark Bunting at Split Rock SP, Lake County

Dave Grosshuesch reported an immature/female Lark Bunting at Split 
Rock Lighthouse State Park on Saturday afternoon.  It was seen on the 
lawn and rocks directly in front of the lighthouse.  Sharon Lind and 
I looked for the bird yesterday evening for about an hour, without 
success.

Note that a State Park permit is required, and there an additional 
entry fee to the lighthouse area between 10 am and 6 pm.
