Deb and Steve Falkowski left a message that they found a juvenile Red-
necked Phalarope at the Embarrass rice paddies on Saturday morning.
They said to walk east immediately after crossing the iron bridge,
and walk past about four mud flats. The bird was at the mud flat
just beyond a group of Wood Duck boxes, where the trail turns
northwest.
