[mou] Osprey question

We just noticed the same thing here in Itasca County. There is a large
power line near our house. We were gone for a couple of weeks and now =
there
is a new Osprey nest on one of the poles. We did see the Osprey by the =
nest
today. I thought this was odd. Does anyone know why they would build a
nest this late in the year?

started building a next across the street at the top of a power pole. =20

She's curious if anyone can give her a hint about what might be going =
on?
Are the adults switching over to another nest. Are other osprey moving =
into
the neighborhood? Are the juveniles building.
