This AM I had a dove with a large white tip on its tail at our feeders. =
The white area covered about 25% of the tail length and was clearly =
visible to the naked eye from at least 40 yards. In all other aspects =
it appeared to be a mourning dove. It was with several mourning doves. =
Is this a mourning dove variation or am I looking at something else?
Also, after many days of heavy oriole traffic including yesterday, I =
have not seen one today. But, was entertained by a nice flock of =
Nashvilles in the yard today.
