This afternoon, we saw a Rough-legged Hawk, on the ground eating, along the
Wildlife Drive where the one-way begins. Also a Northern Shrike opposite
Big Bluestem Pool. At 4:45pm, we watched a Short-eared Owl hunting by
Schoolhouse Pool, then perch in a tree right by road and start eating.
Later, a Great Horned Owl perched in a tree across Stickney Pool.
