Thank you to all who visited my web site and emailed me regarding the
identification of the strange goose and strange duck photos. A number of
you asked me to let you know what others thought, so, here it is:
Goose:
- cross between Canada and domestic
- part "African Goose" (domestic breed)
- cross between Chinese Goose and Canada Goose
- washed out Canada Goose
Duck:
- cross between Mallard and Domestic
Several people pointed out that a Duck will breed with anything that moves
(or, doesn't move!).
Thanks again for the feedback both on the identification of these two birds
and on my photos. It's appreciated :-)
