[mou] snowy plover update

I'm having computer problems, so if you get this message more than once, you can hit my computer (I already did, it helped...me).

The snowy plover in Big Stone NWR could not be refound yesterday, but WAS refound by myself this morning about 1 mile SW of the original location.  It was west of the observation kiosk, west of the abandoned, fenced off quary, toward the middle of the lake on a larger sand bar with few rocks.
