Led a small group on a bird hike in Miesville Ravine (Dakota Co. Park in SE 
corner of county) on Sunday morning.   We found 50 species in and around the 
park, including six warblers.  also found 12 species of butterflies.

Noteworthy finds:

Cerulean Warbler (great looks)
Blue-winged Warbler (several)
Ovenbird (heard several)
Wood Thrush (2 singing)
Scarlet Tanager (both seen carrying food)
Eastern Towhee (great looks)
Yellow-billed Cuckoo (heard at least 3)
Cedar waxwing (bring foof to nest)
Hairy Woodpecker (young being fed in hole)
Sand Hill Crane (heard calling)
Red-headed Woodpecker (by church)
