Dale Yerger and I birded the west a bit yesterday.  58
species for the trip.  Highlights below.

Snow Goose - several thousand birds.  biggest flocks
located in Traverse County on east side of CR 9 1.5
miles south of CR 10, and in Lac Qui Parle on the west
side of CR 7  a few miles south of CR 40.
