Hello,
I moved to Duluth from Syracuse NY in February and birded Park Point in
Duluth for the first time this morning. What a great morning it was. I saw
11 species of warblers. They were swarming in the trees and bushes amidst
the fog and light rain. It reminded me of visiting Pt. Pelee on a good
morning.
Warblers seen were:
Blackburnian
Black and White
Magnolia
Black-throated green
Palm (lots)
Yellow-rumps (lots)
Parula
Chestnut-sided
Nashville
Ovenbird
Golden-winged

Other birds seen included:
N. Mockingbird
Bald Eagle(imm)
Turkey Vulture
Veery
Song Sparrow
Chipping Sparrow
Field Sparrow
Ruby-crowned kinglet

What a fun morning.
