<DIV><SPAN class=769084021-18022007><FONT face=Arial size=2>At 3:15 today the MSP airport Snowy Owl was about 150 yards due east from the Delta Airlines Cargo facility at the southern end of the airport. This is just west of where 24th Avenue turns west when coming from 494 (the top of the owl's head was visible from 24th, so I pulled into the cargo facility). This heavily-barred owl was perched on the ground next to an orange traffic cone.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
