found at 12:30 today, across the road from (or east of) the building 
with the blue de-icing tanks on Cargo Road, just after (north of) the 
first tunnel--as you exit the tunnel, the buildings are on your left, 
and the bird was in the field on the right, beyond and to the south of a 
cleared parking area with two portable roadblock signs

bird was sitting on the ground on the far side of the nearest
runway, apparently sunning--swiveled its head several times, even
stretched up once as though checking for prey--was showing plentiful 
dark marking in its plumage

was still there at 3:15 or so
