[mou] airport snowy owl found again

The owl was at essentially the same location today at noon.  As you come
out of the first tunnel, turn right towards the UPS building, then turn
right again into the parking lot.  From the southwest corner of the lot,
look towards the southwest. The owl was on the ground in the direction
of the Black Dog smokestack.

found at 12:30 today, across the road from (or east of) the building=20
with the blue de-icing tanks on Cargo Road, just after (north of) the=20
first tunnel--as you exit the tunnel, the buildings are on your left,=20
and the bird was in the field on the right, beyond and to the south of a

cleared parking area with two portable roadblock signs

bird was sitting on the ground on the far side of the nearest
runway, apparently sunning--swiveled its head several times, even
stretched up once as though checking for prey--was showing plentiful=20
dark marking in its plumage

was still there at 3:15 or so
