<HTML><PRE><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica>    The E. Screech Owl at George Skinner's in Minnetonka popped his head out 
of the hole of the wood duck house about as close to 1:00 PM this afternoon as 
I could have come with a watch. Its a beautiful bird. The Mute Swan in the 
Cannon River at Faribault was swimming and feeding in the river and was easily 
visible from the bridge over the Cannon on MN hgh 21 just north of the Lyndale 
Motel.
