On March 11, I saw one Sandhill Crane in a field immediately to the south and
east of Cty. 42 and Idell Av. (the intersection with the Scharr's Bluff sign.
Many Canada Geese were also in that field. I heard one Killdeer, saw one
Lapland Longspur in a small group of Horned Larks. These were all after 6:00
p.m.
