Out with four great folks from Texas and Ohio on a COLD May day.
 
Black-backed Woodpecker male: McDavitt Rd 2.1-2.3 miles north of Sax Rd.
Boreal Chickadees (2): same place as woodpecker above.
Rough-legged Hawk (late): along CR 7 north of 52
Sandhill Cranes, Upland Sandpipers and Hudsonian Godwits (thanks Jan and John Green!): Intersection of CR52 (Arkola) and 208
 
Maybe more significant is what WASN'T SEEN:
