[rba] [mou] Cass County Prairie Falcon

A Prairie Falcon was seen today at the Longville Water Treatment Ponds.  A photo of the bird
has been placed on "recently seen".  Also present at the ponds, and being harassed by the
falcon, were Pectoral, Baird's, Least, and Buff-breasted Sandpiper, as well as numerous
Killdeer and Lesser Yellowlegs.
