[mou] Houston Co. Plegadis refound

At 8:30 AM Monday, I was able to relocate the plegadis ibis previously reported by Fred Lesher and Nancy Overcott just south of Wildcat Landing, which, in turn is just south of Brownsville MN, along Hwy 26.
