This afternoon Leslie Marcus and I saw 4 Buff-breasted Sandpipers at the Castle Rock Sod Farms.  There were 150 Killdeer, and a few Pectoral Sp.  From Farmington going South on Mn Hwy 3 they were .2 mi from 280th St W on the west side of the road out in the grass from a big orange sign that said, Bridge Work Ahead 2 mi.  There was no standing water present anywhere, but they worked the edges of   the harvested sod, and the grass.
