Earlier today I found one adult Ross's Goose in a mixed flock of about =
400 Canada and Cackling Geese on Sleepy Eye lake. I was able to get =
excellent looks at it as it rested on the ice only 100 feet from the =
road. ID made on small size, round head and stubby bill with no =
grinning patch. Also seen were Mallard, Lesser Scaup and Common =
Merganser. =20
