I spent the day birding with Rick Hoyme in SE Minnesota. The best bird =
of the day was a juvenile Golden Eagle soaring over the bluffs in =
Whitewater SWMA, Winona County. We also had a Northern Shrike near the =
Winona/Wabasha County line in the same area. Good birding!
