It was nice to hear the yellow-headed blackbirds while watching the w-f =
Ibis from 1:30 this afternoon until I left about 2:15. Wonderful, close =
looks.

While I was watching, the owner of the place came up to me--Al Harris, a =
very nice older gentleman who wanted to know what the heck was going on. =
He appreciated the info about the Ibis and looking at it through my =
scope. He was telling me that the land is going to be conserved. =
Apparently he's seen kids stop at this place and shoot at birds; another =
time he caught someone stealing goose eggs. Early this morning, while =
Herb was watching the Ibis, Al was watching Herb with a wary eye!
