I found the Curlew Sandpiper at 9:30am (Monday) in the same location =
described by Peder when he first found it yesterday. The identification =
is pretty straight forward; the bird is in good bright breeding plumage. =
Sorting through about a bzillion (not an entirely scientific term) other =
shorebirds in that pothole makes it a bit more challenging though.
