As many of you know, my Husband (Kevin) and I haven't had much time to
photograph birds since the middle of last May due to our Son becoming very
ill. He ended up having a liver and kidney transplant at Rochester Mayo
late in December and is improving daily (with lots of bumps in the road!).
So, if all goes well, we are back in the swing of things now!
We updated our website tonight to include photos both Kevin and I took (you
can tell which one of us took a photo by checking the "camera info" icon -
his camera being the Canon 30D and mine being the Canon 20D). Some of these
photos were taken last summer and some off and on since then, whenever we
had a chance to do something other than be in the hospital with our Son.
- first of all, all the gallery pages have a new look (feedback is welcome!)
- we added an index of the birds on our website
- we have a new gallery of panoramic photos
- photos added tonight include:
- Canada Goose
- Mallard
- Trumpeter Swan
- Ring billed Gull
- Barn Swallow
- Eastern Phoebe
- Eastern Bluebird
- Red-breasted Nuthatch

- Pileated Woodpecker (photographed on our property - a first!)
- Chukar (found crossing 180th Street in Hastings!)
