1930SummerThough several ne~ts of' the Bultimore Oriole were found apparently only two were looked into41. The first of these was at Shakopee on May 18th, in which was two eggs (Leander Fischer). The other, at st. Paul, on June Sth1 which held three or more ~ggs (Alden Risser). Young were out of the nest in Glenwood Park on June 23 (Marius. Mor!'e).
1931SummerTwo occupied nests were reported by Ralph Woolsey on June 4th.
1932SummerMrs. Peterson saw tl. femo.le Oriole 1. ea.rrying nesting material at Madison, May 18,. A nost \dth 1 egg ws l;>lotm to the grown during a storm at Montovicleo ·on ' '\ July 3 (Mrs. l-Jilson) o 1 ., • y I
1933Summer Thirty-one nests were reported. Two eggs comprised the contents of one found on Mn.y 2oth a.t Rod Wing by Ctmunines. Grimes discovered the latest in Pennington County on June 24th, when it held 4 eggs. 44 IhP Flicker, 19.3.3
1934Summer The earliest nest of this brilliant whistler was found by · Hiemcnz on May 22nd while it was still under construction. On Jube 5th it held four eggs. \ P. 51 On this dnte Hanson and Hiemenz investieated throe ~~ther occupied nests. A nest with small young, found on July 4th neo.r Pierz by ' Hiomenz, was the latest nest reported. I
1935Summer At 11adison l'~ay 30th, Mrs. Peterson found a hang-nvst building. The University bird class saw a female on tho nest on the same date, and the Bird Club members at Linwood Juno 15th saw another female on tho nest. At Stillwater, Mr. GeorGe C. Jutz was foll owing his city mail route June 24th when he saw a young bird leave its nest. Breckenridge saw young out of the nest July 2nd. Breckenridge discovered 2 nests, each with 5 eggs, at lJyominfif, Minnesota, May 24th. Upson tolls us thct he saw large young out of the nest being fed June 12th. And Erickson's report has a record of 3 young one-third grown July 8th in a nest two feet above ground in a small tree at Glen Lake.
1936Summer The club members found a nest at Linwood Lake on June 14th. A female w.s seen feeding large young on June 24th by Robert Upson. BREWERS'S BLACKBIRD A three egg nest was located by Robert Upson on May 12th. In Pine County on June 17th Arnold Erickson saw three young able to fly. On the same date Charles Du.Toit discovered a nest of four young at Alexandria. '
1937SummerOn June I7 Risser, Rysgaard and Pittelkow found five eggs in a nest at Lake of the Woods.
1938SummerE. D. Swedenborg saw young awing on July 9· On Julyi2 Upson saw adults feeding large young in a nest. Both observations were made at Minneapolis.
1940SummerAn oriole was observed on its nest by the T. S. Roberts Club, June 3· G. Rysgaard saw 2 nests at Surgeon Lake on June 2 and 3; one held eggs, the other young birds. On July I2 in Duluth, E. Maher watched a young bird being fed out of the nest.
1943SummerJuly 26, Cass Lake. K. Carlander. May 29-June 22, Ramsey County, 4 nests. Bros. Lewis and Pius.

1961SummerOn 20 May, Forest Strnad noted nest being built at Elba, Winona County. A. C. Rosenwinkel found adults feeding three young in St. Paul on 10 July. Dean Honetschlager reports two nests in May Township, Washington County; no date given.
1962SummerJune 17, Minneapolis, 4 young out of nest, Brother Theodore; July 10, St Paul, Adult feeding 3 young, A. C. Rosenwinkel; July 15, Cass Co., adult male feeding young, Mr. and Mrs. John Mathisen; Goodview, no date given, 2 nests, Grace Gordon.
