1999Winter Second-winter “Nelson's Gull” reported 12/7 St. Louis (Duluth) †KE, †KB, and apparently again 12/18 Duluth CBC.
2006Winter Adult “Nelson's Gull” 12/4–17 St. Louis (Canal Park, Duluth) BAW, ph. †PHS, ph. JWL.
2008WinterOne report 12/13 St. Louis (Duluth) †KRE, †PHS. [Corrected]
2010Winter An adult “Nelson's” Gull, discovered in November, lingered in Duluth until 12/2 KJB.
2013Winter1 One report of this hybrid (“Nelson's Gull”) 12/10 St. Louis (adult, Canal Park) ph. JLK.
2014Winter2 “Nelson's” Gulls were reported from St. Louis (Duluth) 12/21 (immature) JLK, 12/29, 1/8 (adult) JLK, and from Lake 2/2 (first-cycle) CLW.
2016Winter1 One report of this hybrid (“Nelson's gull”): 1/22–29 St. Louis (first-cycle, Duluth, mouth of Miller Creek) †PHS.
2018Winter1 One report of this hybrid (†œNelson†™s† gull): 12/12 St. Louis (adult, Duluth, Canal Park) ph. JLK. This is the fourth report in the last 10 years.
